Terms and Conditions – MALAYSIA

1. ‘LEXUS CELEXUSBRATION TOGETHER’ Contest will commence from 1 November 2021 to 28 February 2022 (“Contest Period”). MunchWorld Marketing Sdn Bhd (199001009927 (201499-U)) (“Organiser”) shall reserve the right to shorten or extend the Contest Period without prior notice. All entries received outside the Contest Period shall be automatically disqualified. The Contest will be held for three (3) Contest Months as follows:

a. Contest Month 1: 01 November 2021 – 31 December 2021;

b. Contest Month 2: 01 January 2022 – 31 January 2022;

c. Contest Month 3: 01 February 2022 – 28 February 2022.

2. This Contest is open to all citizens and permanent residents of Malaysia above 18 years of age (as at 1 November 2021) except the employees and immediate families of the Organiser, including its affiliated and/or related companies, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies.

3. To participate in the Contest:

a. Purchase ANY participating Munchy’s LEXUS pack (190g/200g/400g/456g/180g [Limited Edition Gift Pack]) at any participating outlet or their respective official online shop or e-commerce retailer within the Contest Period.

b. The normal Munchy’s LEXUS packs (190g/200g/400g/456g) with “CELEXUSBRATION” printed at the expiry date column are the packs containing Contest cards.

c. Look for a Contest card inside the pack and collect the Contest cards.

i. Tier 1 – Collect ANY three (3) Contest cards with any letters on the card.

ii. Tier 2 – Collect the Contest cards to spell ANY of the winning words: RIA/ FUN/ LOVE/ HAPPY/ LEXUS.

iii. There are also Power Contest cards which contain two (2) letters in each card. The participants could choose only one (1) letter to use on the Power Contest card. Power Contest cards can be found in 180g Limited Edition Gift Packs only.

d. Send the following via WhatsApp to 017-6487654:

i. Photos of the Contest cards;

ii. Clear photos of the entire original single receipts;

iii. NRIC number;

iv. Full name as per NRIC.

e. Retain and/or keep the original Contest cards and original printed receipts dated within Contest Period with matching receipt details as per entry as “Proof of Purchase”.

f. The participants may send as many WhatsApp entries as they wish BUT each entry must be accompanied with the required details and different Proof of Purchase for each entry.

g. The participants are not allowed to submit/send more than one (1) WhatsApp entry with the same Proof of Purchase to the Organiser.

h. Only the original and valid printed Proof of Purchase will be accepted. Any Proof of Purchase that is illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with, not obtained legitimately, contains printing typographical, mechanical or other errors or the printing is unclear or does not contain the required information is INVALID and WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The Organiser shall reserve the sole discretion and rights to disqualify such invalid Proof of Purchase. For online purchases, the order details will be accepted provided it shows that the order is paid, delivered and completed.

i. Every one (1) WhatsApp entry received is considered as one (1) Contest entry. The Organiser will not add or accumulate the Proof of Purchase sent by the same or different participant(s) from multiple entries. For example, if participant submitted four (4) Contest cards in a WhatsApp entry, the participant will receive one (1) Contest entry and the extra one (1) Contest card will be void. If participant submitted two (2) Contest cards in a first WhatsApp entry and one (1) Contest card in a separate WhatsApp entry, both the entries will be disqualified due to insufficient Proof of Purchase received per entry.

j. Once the Contest cards and receipts are submitted to the Organiser, they are considered used and cannot be used again by participant for the next entry. The participant has to purchase more participating products to get more Contest cards and receipts for the next submission.

k. Each Contest day during the Contest Period, the Contest begins at 12:00am and ends at 11:59pm.

l. In view that the line 017-6487654 is a special line provided by the Organiser, no acknowledgement receipt will be sent by the Organiser with regards to all entries submitted/sent from the participants to the Organiser via WhatsApp. Any enquiry/call to the line WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.

m. The Organiser will not reimburse the participant for any charges incurred in submitting the entries, if any.

n. The participants are permitted to participate in this Contest via the use of mobile phones only.

o. The Organiser and the companies involved in this Contest shall not be held liable in any way for delays, non-deliveries and/or interruptions of WhatsApp messages sent and shall not be held responsible for any unauthorised use of the mobile phone or subscriber’s account in conjunction with the Contest.

4. Contest winners:

a. The eligible winners will be contacted via telephone and may be required to correctly answer a question before being declared a winner. Should the first attempt to contact the eligible winner fail, i.e. no reply, telephone number not in service or no connection, etc, another two (2) attempts will be made within the next twenty four (24) hours of the first telephone call. Where such further attempts are unsuccessful, the Organiser reserves the right to select the next qualified participant. The Organiser shall not be held liable in the event the winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons. In the event the eligible winner fails to correctly answer the simple question, the Organiser shall reserve the right to disqualify the eligible winner and find another eligible winner as replacement.

b. The eligible winners will be required to submit by Pos Laju/courier all the original Contest cards, original receipts with matching details as the WhatsApp entries, a copy of their NRIC and their bank account details for bank online transfer of cash prize within three (3) working days from the date of notification as proof of purchase, failing which, the Organiser shall reserve the right to disqualify the eligible winner and find another eligible winner as replacement. All costs to submit the original Contest cards and receipts will be borne by winners.

5. Contest prizes:

a. Tier 1 Prize x 100 Winners x 3 Contest Months: RM100.00 Cash each.

b. Tier 2 Prizes:

i. Winning word RIA x 10: RM500.00 Cash each.

ii. Winning word FUN x 10: RM500.00 Cash each.

iii. Winning word LOVE x 5: RM1,000.00 Cash each.

iv. Winning word HAPPY x 3: RM5,000.00 Cash each.

v. Winning word LEXUS x 1: RM10,000.00 Cash.

c. Each participant is allowed to win only one (1) prize throughout the Contest Period.

d. All cash prizes will be given via bank transfer to the bank account number provided by the participant. Only valid Malaysian personal bank accounts are accepted. The Organiser will not be responsible for any failure and transfer made to a wrong bank account due to participant’s mistake in providing an incorrect and/or invalid bank account number. In the event the participant could not provide the Organiser with a valid Malaysian personal bank account number under the participant’s name due to whatsoever reason, the cash prize will be forfeited.

e. The cash prizes will only be deposited into the participant’s bank account. All 3rd party accounts will be rejected.

f. The Organiser will never ask, whether by email, telephone or WhatsApp, for the participant’s PIN number, password or other personal details except what have been stated here.

g. Proof of bank transfer is proof of receipt and acceptance of cash prize by participant.

h. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any entry if the participant fails to fulfil the requirements stated for cash prize.

i. The participant may be required to produce a proof of identity for the purposes of verification. The only forms of proof of identity accepted by the Organiser are Identity card and Driver’s license. Failure to provide any proof of identity entitles the Organiser to disqualify the participant/winner.

j. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with that of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable in any other form for whatever reason. The value of the prize is correct at the time of printing. All prizes are given on an “as is” basis.

6. All entries and Proof of Purchases received become the property of the Organiser.

7. The participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any accident, injury, damage or claim resulting from participation in this Contest.

8. By participating in this Contest, the participants agreed to provide their consent to the Organiser to use their personal information. The Organiser shall reserve the right to publish, use the winners’ names and/or photographs plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each of the participants is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their entries by the Organiser.

9. Any personal information, including without limitation, the participant’s name, age, address (including postcode), telephone number and/or email address will be collected, stored, used and disclosed strictly in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“the ACT”) and therefore, solely in connection with this Contest and for any purpose for which the participant specifically opts in and will not be disclosed to any third party (other than the Organiser’s parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, directors, employees, contractors and agents assisting in conducting the Contest) except for the purpose of delivering the prizes in accordance with the Terms and Conditions herein.

10. By participating in this Contest, each of the participants shall be deemed agreeable to the Terms and Conditions set by the Organiser.

11. The Organiser shall reserve the right to amend, revoke and/or modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

13. The contest Terms and Conditions are available in the English and Bahasa Malaysia. In the event of inconsistencies of the language used, the English language version of the contest Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Terma dan Syarat

1. (3) Bulan Peraduan seperti berikut:

a. Bulan Peraduan 1: 01 November 2021 – 31 Disember 2021;

b. Bulan Peraduan 2: 01 Januari 2022 – 31 Januari 2022;

c. Peraduan “LEXUS CELEXUSBRATION TOGETHER” akan berlangsung dari 1 November 2021 hingga 28 Februari 2022 (“Tempoh Peraduan”). MunchWorld Marketing Sdn Bhd (199001009927 (201499-U)) (“Penganjur”) berhak untuk memendekkan atau memanjangkan Tempoh Peraduan tanpa memberi sebarang notis terlebih dahulu. Semua penyertaan yang diterima di luar Tempoh Peraduan akan dibatalkan secara automatik. Peraduan ini akan diadakan selama tiga

d. Bulan Peraduan 3: 01 Februari 2022 – 28 Februari 2022.

2. Peraduan ini terbuka kepada semua rakyat dan pemastautin tetap Malaysia yang berumur 18 tahun ke atas (pada 1 November 2021) kecuali kakitangan Penganjur dan ahli-ahli keluarga terdekat mereka, termasuk syarikat-syarikat gabungan dan/atau berkaitan, pengedar-pengedar, agensi-agensi pengiklanan dan promosi pihak Penganjur.

3. Untuk menyertai Peraduan:

a. Beli MANA-MANA pek Munchy’s LEXUS (190g/200g/400g/456g/180g [Pek Hadiah Edisi Terhad]) yang turut serta dari mana-mana kedai atau kedai dalam talian rasmi masing-masing atau peruncit e-dagang yang turut serta dalam Tempoh Peraduan.

b. Pek-pek biasa Munchy’s LEXUS (190g/200g/400g/456g) dengan “CELEXUSBRATION” dicetak pada bahagian tarikh luput adalah pek-pek yang mengandungi kad Peraduan.

c. Cari kad Peraduan di dalam pek dan kumpul kad-kad Peraduan tersebut.

i. Peringkat 1 – Kumpul MANA-MANA tiga (3) kad Peraduan dengan sebarang huruf pada kad.

ii. Peringkat 2 – Kumpul kad Peraduan untuk mengeja MANA-MANA perkataan kemenangan: RIA/ FUN/ LOVE/ HAPPY/ LEXUS.

iii. Terdapat juga kad-kad Kuasa Peraduan yang mengandungi dua (2) huruf dalam setiap kad. Peserta boleh memilih hanya satu (1) huruf untuk digunakan dalam kad Kuasa Peraduan. Kad-kad Kuasa Peraduan hanya boleh didapati di dalam Pek-pek Hadiah Edisi Terhad 180g.

d. Hantar butiran berikut melalui WhatsApp ke 017-6487654:

i. Gambar kad-kad Peraduan;

ii. Gambar jelas seluruh resit bercetak tunggal asal;

iii. Nombor Kad Pengenalan;

iv. Nama penuh seperti Kad Pengenalan.

e. Simpan kad-kad Peraduan asal dan resit-resit asal bertarikh dalam Tempoh Peraduan dengan butiran resit yang sepadan dengan penyertaan WhatsApp sebagai “Bukti Pembelian”.

f. Para peserta boleh menghantar seberapa banyak penyertaan WhatsApp yang diingini TETAPI setiap penyertaan mesti disertakan dengan butiran yang diperlukan dan Bukti Pembelian yang berlainan bagi setiap penyertaan.

g. Para peserta tidak dibenarkan untuk menghantar lebih daripada satu (1) penyertaan WhatsApp dengan Bukti Pembelian yang sama kepada pihak Penganjur.

h. Hanya Bukti-bukti Pembelian bercetak yang asal dan sah akan diterima. Bukti Pembelian yang sukar dibaca, rosak, diubah, disalin semula, diperolehi secara tidak sah, tersalah cetak dan/atau tidak mengandungi maklumat yang diperlukan adalah tidak sah dan tidak akan diterima. Pihak Penganjur mempunyai budi bicara mutlak dan hak untuk membatalkan kelayakan Bukti Pembelian tidak sah tersebut. Untuk pembelian dalam talian, ‘order details’ akan diterima hanya sekiranya ia menyatakan bahawa pembelian tersebut sudah dibayar, dihantar dan selesai.

i. Setiap satu (1) penyertaan WhatsApp yang diterima adalah dianggap sebagai satu (1) penyertaan Peraduan. Pihak Penganjur tidak akan menambah atau mengumpul Bukti Pembelian yang dihantar oleh peserta yang sama atau lain daripada beberapa penyertaan WhatsApp. Sebagai contoh, sekiranya peserta menghantar empat (4) kad Peraduan dalam penyertaan WhatsApp, peserta akan menerima satu (1) penyertaan Peraduan dan satu (1) kad Peraduan yang lebih akan dibatalkan. Sekiranya peserta menghantar dua (2) kad Peraduan dalam penyertaan WhatsApp pertama dan satu (1) kad Peraduan dalam penyertaan WhatsApp kedua, kedua-dua penyertaan akan dibatalkan kelayakannya kerana tidak mengandungi Bukti Pembelian yang mencukupi dalam setiap penyertaan.

j. Setelah kad-kad Peraduan dan resit-resit dihantar kepada pihak Penganjur, ia dianggap terguna pakai dan tidak boleh digunakan lagi oleh peserta. Peserta harus membeli lebih produk yang turut serta untuk mendapatkan lebih kad-kad Peraduan dan resit-resit untuk penyertaan seterusnya.

k. Setiap hari sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan, Peraduan akan bermula pada pukul 12:00 pagi dan berakhir pada pukul 11:59 malam.

l. Memandangkan talian 017-6487654 adalah talian khas yang disediakan oleh Penganjur, tiada perakuan penerimaan akan dihantar oleh Penganjur berkaitan semua Penyertaan yang dikemukakan/dihantar oleh Peserta kepada Penganjur melalui WhatsApp. Sebarang pertanyaan/panggilan melalui talian ini tidak akan dilayan.

m. Pihak Penganjur tidak akan membayar balik kepada Peserta apa-apa caj yang dikenakan untuk menghantar penyertaan, jika ada.

n. Para Peserta hanya boleh menyertai Peraduan ini melalui telefon bimbit sahaja.

o. Pihak Penganjur dan syarikat-syarikat yang terlibat dalam Peraduan ini tidak akan dipertanggungjawabkan untuk sebarang kelewatan, kegagalan penghantaran dan/atau gangguan mesej WhatsApp dan tidak akan dipertanggungjawabkan untuk sebarang penggunaan telefon bimbit atau akaun pelanggan yang tidak dibenarkan sepanjang Peraduan ini.

4. Nama penuh seperti Kad Pengenalan.

a. Para pemenang yang layak akan dihubungi melalui telefon dan mungkin diminta untuk menjawab satu soalan dengan betul sebelum boleh disahkan sebagai pemenang. Sekiranya peserta tidak dapat dihubungi pada cubaan pertama, contohnya, tidak menjawab telefon, nombor telefon tiada dalam perkhidmatan, tiada sambungan, dan lain-lain, dua (2) cubaan lain akan dibuat lagi dalam tempoh dua puluh empat (24) jam yang berikutnya selepas cubaan pertama. Sekiranya percubaan-percubaan ini tidak berhasil, pihak Penganjur berhak untuk memilih pemenang layak seterusnya. Pihak Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya peserta-peserta tidak dapat dihubungi atas sebarang sebab. Sekiranya peserta gagal menjawab soalan dengan betul, pihak Penganjur berhak untuk membatalkan kelayakannya dan memilih peserta seterusnya sebagai pemenang.

b. Para pemenang yang layak dikehendaki menghantar melalui Pos Laju/kurier semua kad Peraduan asal, resit bercetak asal dengan butiran resit yang sepadan dengan semua penyertaan WhatsApp, salinan Kad Pengenalan dan butiran akaun bank untuk pemindahan dalam talian bank untuk hadiah tunai dalam tempoh tiga (3) hari bekerja selepas tarikh pemberitahuan sebagai pengesahan bukti pembelian. Sekiranya gagal, pihak Penganjur berhak untuk membatalkan kelayakannya dan memilih peserta seterusnya sebagai pemenang. Semua kos untuk menghantar kad Peraduan dan resit asal akan ditanggung oleh pemenang.

5. Hadiah-hadiah Peraduan:

a. Hadiah Peringkat 1 x 100 Pemenang x 3 Bulan Peraduan: RM100.00 Tunai setiap satu.

b. Hadiah-hadiah Peringkat 2:

i. Perkataan kemenangan RIA x 10: RM500.00 Tunai setiap satu.

ii. Perkataan kemenangan FUN x 10: RM500.00 Tunai setiap satu.

iii. Perkataan kemenangan LOVE x 5: RM1,000.00 Tunai setiap satu.

iv. Perkataan kemenangan HAPPY x 3: RM5,000.00 Tunai setiap satu.

v. Perkataan kemenangan LEXUS x 1: RM10,000.00 Tunai.

c. Setiap peserta hanya layak untuk memenangi satu (1) hadiah sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan.

d. Semua hadiah tunai akan diberikan melalui pemindahan bank terus kepada nombor akaun bank yang diberikan oleh peserta. Hanya akaun-akaun bank peribadi Malaysia yang sah akan diterima. Pihak Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas apa-apa kegagalan dan pemindahan yang dibuat kepada akaun bank yang salah disebabkan kesilapan peserta dalam memberikan nombor akaun bank yang tidak betul dan tidak sah. Sekiranya peserta tidak dapat memberikan kepada pihak Penganjur nombor akaun bank peribadi Malaysia yang sah di atas nama peserta bagi apa jua sebab, hadiah tunai akan dibatalkan.

e. Hadiah tunai hanya akan dimasukkan ke dalam bank akaun peserta. Semua akaun pihak ke-3 akan ditolak.

f. Pihak Penganjur tidak akan meminta, sama ada melalui e-mel, telefon atau WhatsApp, nombor PIN, kata laluan atau butiran peribadi lain peserta selain daripada yang dinyatakan di sini.

g. Bukti pemindahan bank adalah bukti penerimaan hadiah tunai oleh peserta.

h. Pihak Penganjur berhak untuk menolak mana-mana penyertaan sekiranya peserta gagal memenuhi keperluan yang ditetapkan untuk hadiah tunai.

i. Peserta dikehendaki untuk mengemukakan bukti pengenalan diri semasa atau sebelum penuntutan hadiah Peraduan sebagai pengesahan. Bentuk-bentuk bukti pengenalan diri yang diterima oleh pihak Penganjur adalah Kad Pengenalan dan Lesen Memandu. Pihak Penganjur berhak untuk membatalkan kelayakan peserta/pemenang atas kegagalan dalam mengemukakan bukti pengenalan diri.

j. Pihak Penganjur berhak atas budibicara mutlaknya untuk menggantikan mana-mana hadiah dengan hadiah-hadiah lain yang sama nilainya pada bila-bila masa tanpa sebarang notis. Semua hadiah tidak boleh ditukar milik, tidak boleh dikembalikan dan tidak boleh ditukar untuk apa-apa format atas sebarang sebab. Nilai hadiah adalah betul pada masa pencetakan. Semua hadiah diberikan dalam ‘keadaan sedia ada’.

6. Semua penyertaan dan Bukti Pembelian yang diterima menjadi hak pihak Penganjur.

7. Para peserta akan menanggung liabiliti dan tanggungjawab sepenuhnya jika berlaku sebarang kemalangan, kecederaan, kerosakan atau tuntutan akibat penyertaan di dalam Peraduan ini.

8. Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, para peserta memberi keizinan kepada Pihak Penganjur untuk menggunakan maklumat peribadinya dan pihak Penganjur berhak menyiarkan, menggunakan nama dan/atau gambar pemenang serta penyertaan mereka untuk tujuan publisiti, pengiklanan dan/atau perdagangan tanpa sebarang bayaran pampasan mahupun pemberitahuan dan setiap peserta tidak berhak membuat sebarang tuntutan ke atas penggunaan penyertaan tersebut oleh pihak Penganjur.

9. Sebarang maklumat peribadi, tanpa tidak dihadkan kepada, nama peserta, umur, alamat (termasuk poskod), nombor telefon dan/atau alamat emel akan dikumpulkan, disimpan, digunakan dan didedahkan dengan mematuhi secara ketat akan Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 dan oleh itu hanya digunakan untuk hal-hal berkaitan dengan Peraduan ini dan untuk segala tujuan lain yang telah dipilih oleh para peserta dan tidak akan didedahkan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga (selain daripada syarikat induk pihak Penganjur, anak syarikat, pihak sekutu, pemegang saham, pengarah, kakitangan, kontraktor dan ejen yang membantu dalam menguruskan Peraduan ini) kecuali untuk tujuan menyampaikan hadiah mengikut Terma dan Syarat.

10. Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, para peserta bersetuju untuk mematuhi Terma dan Syarat rasmi yang ditetapkan serta segala keputusan pihak Penganjur.

11. Pihak Penganjur berhak untuk meminda, membatal atau mengubahsuai Terma dan Syarat ini tanpa memberi sebarang notis terlebih dahulu pada bila-bila masa.

13. Terma dan Syarat Peraduan disediakan dalam Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia. Sekiranya terdapat percanggahan di antara versi-versi tersebut, Terma dan Syarat versi Bahasa Inggeris akan diguna pakai.

The Organiser shall reserve the sole discretion and rights to disqualify such invalid Proof of Purchase. For online purchases, the order details will be accepted provided it shows that the order is paid, delivered and completed.

h. Every one (1) WhatsApp entry received is considered as one (1) Contest entry. The Organiser will not add or accumulate the Proof of Purchase sent by the same or different participant(s) from multiple entries. For example, if participant submitted four (4) Contest cards in a WhatsApp entry, the participant will receive one (1) Contest entry and the extra one (1) Contest card will be void. If participant submitted two (2) Contest cards in a first WhatsApp entry and one (1) Contest card in a separate WhatsApp entry, both the entries will be disqualified due to insufficient Proof of Purchase received per entry.

i. Once the Contest cards and receipts are submitted to the Organiser, they are considered used and cannot be used again by participant for the next entry. The participant has to purchase more participating products to get more Contest cards and receipts for the next submission.

j. Each Contest day during the Contest Period, the Contest begins at 12:00am and ends at 11:59pm.

k. In view that the line +65 8194 9316 is a special line provided by the Organiser, no acknowledgement receipt will be sent by the Organiser with regards to all entries submitted/sent from the participants to the Organiser via WhatsApp. Any enquiry/call to the line WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.

l. The Organiser will not reimburse the participant for any charges incurred in submitting the entries, if any.

m. The participants are permitted to participate in this Contest via the use of mobile phones only.

n. The Organiser and the companies involved in this Contest shall not be held liable in any way for delays, non-deliveries and/or interruptions of WhatsApp messages sent and shall not be held responsible for any unauthorised use of the mobile phone or subscriber’s account in conjunction with the Contest.

4. Contest winners:

The eligible winners will be required to submit by courier all the original Contest cards (for Tier 2 only), original receipts with matching details as the WhatsApp entries and their bank account details for bank online transfer of cash prize within three (3) working days from the date of notification as proof of purchase, failing which, the Organiser shall reserve the right to disqualify the eligible winner and find another eligible winner as replacement. All costs to submit the original Contest cards and receipts will be borne by winners.

5. Contest prizes:

a. Tier 1 Prize x 100: SGD50.00 Cash each.

b. Tier 2 Prizes:

i. Winning word RIA x 4: SGD170.00 Cash each.

ii. Winning word FUN x 4: SGD170.00 Cash each.

iii. Winning word LOVE x 2: SGD320.00 Cash each.

c. Each participant is allowed to win only one (1) prize throughout the Contest Period.

d. All cash prizes will be given via bank transfer to the bank account number provided by the participant. Only valid Singaporean personal bank accounts are accepted. The Organiser will not be responsible for any failure and transfer made to a wrong bank account due to participant’s mistake in providing an incorrect and/or invalid bank account number. In the event the participant could not provide the Organiser with a valid Singaporean personal bank account number under the participant’s name due to whatsoever reason, the cash prize will be forfeited.

e. The cash prizes will only be deposited into the participant’s bank account. All 3rd party accounts will be rejected.

f. The Organiser will never ask, whether by email, telephone or WhatsApp, for the participant’s PIN number, password or other personal details except what have been stated here.

g. Proof of bank transfer is proof of receipt and acceptance of cash prize by participant.

h. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any entry if the participant fails to fulfil the requirements stated for cash prize.

j. The participant may be required to produce a proof of identity for the purposes of verification. The only forms of proof of identity accepted by the Organiser are Identity card and Driver’s license. Failure to provide any proof of identity entitles the Organiser to disqualify the participant/winner.

k. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with that of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable in any other form for whatever reason. The value of the prize is correct at the time of printing. All prizes are given on an “as is” basis.

6. All entries and Proof of Purchases received become the property of the Organiser.

7. The participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any accident, injury, damage or claim resulting from participation in this Contest.

9. Any personal information, including without limitation, the participant’s name, age, address (including postcode), telephone number and/or email address will be collected, stored, used and disclosed strictly in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“the ACT”) and therefore, solely in connection with this Contest and for any purpose for which the participant specifically opts in and will not be disclosed to any third party (other than the Organiser’s parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, directors, employees, contractors and agents assisting in conducting the Contest) except for the purpose of delivering the prizes in accordance with the Terms and Conditions herein.

10. By participating in this Contest, each of the participants shall be deemed agreeable to the Terms and Conditions set by the Organiser.

11. The Organiser shall reserve the right to amend, revoke and/or modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
