Terms & Conditions
1. This contest is open to all Singaporean residents ONLY except the employees and families of Munchy’s and any agencies involved. Any participants below the age of eighteen (18) years old are required to obtain the consent of their respective legal guardian(s).
2. This contest is valid from 1st March 2021 until 30th April 2021 (“Contest Period”). Any entries received after the CONTEST PERIOD SHALL NOT BE ENTERTAINED. Munchy’s, may at its sole and absolute discretion, amend the Contest Period at any time without prior notice to any party whatsoever.
3. Entrants are required to purchase a minimum of two (2) Lexus 190g – 200g range of products in a single (1) receipt and WhatsApp a photo of the receipt and their full name to +65 8313 4239 for their submission.
4. Multiple entries are allowed BUT each entry must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
5.Below are the prizes:
i. Grand Prize: There is one (1) winner entitled to win the Grand Prize of SGD1,000.00. The Grand Prize Winner is entitled to stand a chance to win the Consolation Prize as well.
ii. Consolation Prize: A total of forty (40) Consolation Prize Winners are entitled to win. A total of SGD5,000 worth of prizes can be won throughout the promotion period. Each consolation winner is entitled to one (1) Consolation Prize worth SGD100.00.
iii. Announcement of the winners will be on the following Friday of the end of the contest or at the discretion of the Organiser due to local governmental regulations in relation to the Covid-19 pandemic. Winners will be randomly picked through software generation.
6. Prize is not transferable, exchangeable for cash or any other items. Munchy’s reserves the right to substitute the prizes for other prizes of similar value at its sole and absolute discretion without notice to the participants and/or winners.
7. The winners shall be notified by the organiser via mobile phone and a redemption letter will be sent to the winners via post.
8. By participating in this contest, the participant is deemed to warrant that all the information submitted is true and accurate to the best of his/her knowledge and the participant agrees to provide their consent to his/her personal data being collected, used and disclosed for lucky draw, promotion and competition administration purposes.
