TERMA & SYARAT PERADUAN MUNCHY’S SCAN, PLAY & WIN
A. Umum
1. “Munchy’s Scan, Play & Win” ini (“Peraduan”) adalah dianjurkan oleh MunchWorld Marketing Sdn Bhd (199001009927 (201499-U)) (“Penganjur”)
2. Peraduan ini adalah tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat yang dinyatakan di sini dan Penganjur berhak untuk mempelbagaikan, menambah, menukar dan/atau mengubah terma dan syarat ini pada bila-bila masa yang dianggap sesuai. Penukaran mungkin diberitahu melalui saluran komunikasi yang dianggap sesuai oleh Penganjur.
3. Dengan menyertai peraduan ini, peserta mengaku bahawa dia telah membaca dan memahami terma dan syarat yang dinyatakan di sini dan bersetuju untuk dikaitkan bersama.
B. Kelayakan
1. Peraduan ini terbuka untuk:
i. Semua individu berumur 18 tahun dan ke atas, dan
ii. Perlu tinggal di Malaysia atau Singapura dengan alamat surat-menyurat yang sah.
iii. Perlu menyertai peraduan menggunakan akaun Facebook mereka.
2. Peraduan ini tidak terbuka untuk pekerja Penganjur, dan ahli keluarga terdekat, syarikat pengiklanan, agen-agennya atau sesiapa yang mempunyai kaitan dengan pentadbiran atau pelaksanaan Peraduan.
3. Para peserta perlu mempunyai akaun Facebook yang sah dan sedia ada.
C. Cara-Cara Penyertaan
1. Para peserta perlu:
i. Daftarkan penyertaan dengan log masuk ke akaun Facebook mereka.
ii. Para peserta harus mengutip sebanyak mata yang boleh dengan mengutip “cookies” yang jatuh daripada garisan semasa permainan.
iii. Para peserta boleh bermain sebanyak kali yang mungkin, dan setiap markah permainan akan dikira untuk mendapatkan jumlah markah keseluruhan. Jumlah penyertaan untuk setiap fasa adalah tidak terhad bagi seorang peserta.
iv. Jumlah penyertaan untuk setiap permainan dan penghantaran penyertaan akan ditentukan oleh markah dengan parameter seperti berikut:
0-9 mata – 0 penyertaan
10-19 mata – 1 penyertaan
20-39 mata – 2 penyertaan
40-69 mata – 3 penyertaan
70-99 mata – 4 penyertaan
100+ mata – 5 penyertaan
v. Para peserta yang telah ditentukan sebagai pemenang hanya boleh memenangi sekali sahaja.
vi. Peruntukan slot kemenangan untuk penyertaan akan dibaharui setelah penamatan setiap fasa.
D. Penentuan Pemenang
1. Setiap kali markah dihantar berdasarkan parameter yang dinyatakan di Bahagian C (Cara-Cara Penyertaan), penyertaan akan dimasukkan ke slot bernombor yang disusun dalam turutan kronologi menaik.
2. Pemenang akan dipilih berdasarkan kriteria berikut:
i. Penyertaan yang dihantar jatuh dalam slot bernombor berikut:
a. Slot #30
b. Slot #300
c. Slot #3000
*Minggu terakhir peraduan akan terdapat 6 pemenang dan akan dipilih berdasarkan slot bernombor berikut:
a. Slot #30

c. Slot #300

f. Slot #4000
ii. Penyertaan itu adalah daripada peserta yang tidak pernah diisytiharkan sebagai pemenang sebelum ini. Jika peserta itu menghantar penyertaan yang jatuh dalam slot kemenangan lebih dari sekali, slot yang terdekat dalam turutan menaik yang dimiliki oleh peserta yang tidak pernah diisytiharkan sebagai pemenang sebelum ini akan ditentukan sebagai pemenang.
iii. Pemenang akan dipilih pada setiap minggu di hari Ahad sehingga tempoh peraduan berakhir:

E. Tempoh Peraduan
1. Peraduan ini akan bermula pada 1 September 2021 dan tarikh tutup untuk penghantaran adalah 31 Oktober 2021 (“Tempoh Peraduan”). Penghantaran yang diterima selepas Tempoh Peraduan adalah tidak layak.
2. Para peserta adalah dinasihatkan untuk menyemak kemaskini mengenai Peraduan ini di halaman Facebook Munchy’s Malaysia dari masa ke semasa, semasa Tempoh Peraduan.
F. Hadiah
1. Setiap pemenang yang dipilih setiap minggu akan memenangi sebuah (1 unit) Nintendo Switch (“Hadiah”).
2. Para pemenang akan diumumkan di laman media social Munchy’s Malaysia selepas Tempoh Peraduan berakhir dan perlu mengesahkan penghantaran dengan butiran pengenalan mereka.
3. Untuk menebus Hadiah, Pemenang HARUS menyediakan butiran lengkap seperti nama penuh, nombor telefon yang sah, alamat e-mel, alamat surat-menyurat dan butiran lain yang diperlukan oleh Penganjur.
4. Keputusan pengadil dalam penentuan pemenang adalah muktamad, kukuh dan terikat, dan tiada pertikaian, rayuan, pertanyaan dan/atau surat-menyurat berkaitan mana-mana keputusan akan dilayan.
5. Penganjur akan menghubungi Pemenang melalui “Sistem Mesej Peribadi Facebook”. Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab jika Pemenang tidak boleh dihubungi atau tidak memberi balas kepada e-mel Penganjur atas apa-apa sebab dalam tempoh empat belas (14) hari, Penganjur berhak untuk menarik balik hadiah dan memilih pemenang yang lain tanpa sebarang tanggungjawab atas Pemenang dengan apa cara sekalipun.
6. Penunaian dan penyampaian hadiah yang dimenangi akan dilakukan dalam masa 30 hari bekerja selepas tempoh peraduan berakhir.
7. Para pemenang akan diberikan nombor jejak penghantaran setelah hadiah telah ditunaikan.
8. Hadiah yang diterima adalah tanggungjawab penuh pemenang dan Penganjur akan dikecualikan daripada sebarang jaminan tersurat atau tersirat berkaitan dengan Hadiah setakat yang dibenarkan oleh undang-undang.
9. Hadiah tidak boleh ditukar atau ditebus untuk wang ringgit atau apa-apa barangan lain dan tidak boleh dijual balik atau ditawarkan untuk penjualan balik. Kecuali jika diluluskan oleh Penganjur secara bertulis, Hadiah tidak boleh dipindah milik. Jika Pemenang memilih untuk tidak menerima Hadiah atas apa-apa alasan, tiada wang pampasan akan ditawarkan.
10. Walaubagaimanapun, Penganjur boleh, pada bila-bila masa atas budi bicara mutlak, menggantikan Hadiah dengan barangan lain dengan nilai yang sama atau serupa dengan atau tanpa syarat.
G. Lain-Lain Terma dan Syarat
Yang dimaksudkan oleh “peserta” atau “para peserta” dalam terma dan syarat ini adalah termasuk “Pemenang” juga.
1. Penganjur atas budi bicara mutlak boleh memutuskan ketidaklayakan dan/atau pembatalan penyertaan mana-mana peserta pada bila-bila masa, apabila:
i. Peserta gagal untuk menuruti terma dan syarat yang dinyatakan di sini;
ii. Peserta didapati cuba merosakkan operasi dan pentadbiran Peraduan ini dengan apa-apa bentuk penipuan;
iii. Peserta gagal memberi maklumat yang tepat, lengkap, sah, boleh dikenal pasti dan/atau benar semasa penyertaan, pendaftaran untuk penyertaan dan/atau pada sepanjang tempoh masa Peraduan ini.
2. Peserta tidak boleh mengambil bahagian secara langsung atau tidak langsung dalam mana-mana kejadian yang boleh melibatkan Penganjur atau pihak yang mengurus Peraduan ini dalam situasi yang boleh memburukkan nama Penganjur.
3. Penggunaan nama lain (“alias”) akan dianggap sebagai satu bentuk penipuan dan tidak dibenarkan.
4. Dalam situasi di mana Peraduan dibatalkan, ditangguhkan dan/atau ditinggalkan atas apa-apa sebab, Penganjur, tanpa sebarang bentuk liabiliti dan atas budi bicara mutlak, mungkin atau tidak mungkin akan memilih untuk menggantikan hadiah dengan barangan lain yang mempunyai nilai yang sama atau serupa dengan atau tanpa syarat. Dalam situasi tersebut, Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab dengan apa cara sekalipun untuk memenuhi tuntutan dan/atau liabiliti yang mungkin timbul sama ada secara langsung, tidak langsung atau sebaliknya.
5. Dalam situasi di mana Peraduan ini tidak boleh ditadbirkan dan/atau ditinggalkan dan/atau dibatalkan dan/atau diteruskan atas sebarang sebab, Penganjur, tanpa sebarang bentuk liabiliti dan atas budi bicara mutlak, boleh memutuskan untuk membatalkan, menamatkan, mengubah atau menangguhkan Peraduan ini dan/atau membatalkan sebarang penyertaan dalam Peraduan ini tanpa memberikan alasan dan tanpa memberikan pemberitahuan kepada peserta.
6. Perlindungan data peribadi adalah penting bagi Penganjur. Segala data peribadi yang dikumpulkan semasa pendaftaran untuk penyertaan di dalam Peraduan dan/atau semasa Peraduan ini akan diproses seperti yang telah dinyatakan dalam Dasar Privasi Penganjur yang telah diterbitkan di https://www.munchys.com dan https://www.munchys30.com (“Dasar Privasi”). Dengan penghantaran data peribadi ke Penganjur untuk Peraduan ini semasa pendaftaran demi penyertaan Peraduan ini, peserta memberi persetujuan kepada Penganjur untuk memproses data peribadi mereka menurut Dasar Privasi.
7. Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, para peserta memberi persetujuan kepada Penganjur untuk mengguna nama peserta dan butiran Facebook sebagai rekod dan tujuan promosi dalam apa jua bentuk media dan cara yang dianggap sesuai tanpa pampasan tambahan. Para peserta tidak layak untuk menuntut apa-apa yang dianggap hak miliknya.
8. Penganjur boleh, atas budi bicara mutlak, melarang penyertaan oleh mana-mana peserta dan/atau Pemenang yang, dalam apa cara sekalipun, mengganggu, menyekat dan/atau berkelakuan tidak wajar dan mempengaruhi Peraduan ini dan/atau pentadbiran Peraduan ini dan/atau melanggar mana-mana terma dan syarat yang dinyatakan di sini.
9. Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, peserta bersetuju bahawa Penganjur berhak untuk mendedahkan data peribadi peserta dan perwakilannya sekiranya Penganjur percaya bahawa pendedahan tersebut perlu untuk mengenal pasti, menghubungi atau mengambil tindakan undang-undang terhadap individu yang mungkin boleh menyebabkan atau menjadi punca kerosakan atau gangguan (sama ada sengaja atau tidak sengaja) dalam Peraduan dan/atau Munchy’s Malaysia dan/atau hak atau harta benda pihak ketiga yang boleh dirosakkan oleh aktiviti tersebut. Penganjur juga berhak untuk mendedahkan data peribadi peserta dan perwakilannya sekiranya diperlukan oleh mahkamah undang-undang atau badan lain berkaitan.
10. Para peserta bersetuju bahawa Penganjur dan syarikat yang berkaitan dan/atau syarikat bersekutu tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap para peserta dan/atau mana-mana pihak dengan apa cara sekalipun untuk sebarang bentuk liabiliti, kerugian, tuntutan dan/atau kerosakan yang timbul berkaitan dengan Peraduan atau sebaliknya.
11. Terma dan syarat ini akan ditadbirkan dan ditafsirkan mengikut undang-undang Malaysia.
12. Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab atas sebarang tuntutan dan liabiliti yang timbul dari kecederaan diri, keadaan perubatan dan kerosakan terhadap hak milik yang berpunca dari penerimaan Hadiah dan Pemenang tidak dibenarkan untuk melakukan apa-apa tuntutan daripada Penganjur.
MUNCHY’S SCAN, PLAY & WIN CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS
A. General
1. This “Munchy’s Scan, Play & Win” (“Contest”) is organised by MunchWorld Marketing Sdn Bhd (199001009927 (201499-U)) (“Organiser”)
2. The Contest is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein and the Organiser reserves the right to vary, add, modify and/or alter these terms and conditions as and when it deems fit. Such variations may be communicated through modes of communication deemed suitable by the Organiser.
3. By participating in the Contest, the participant declares that he/she has read and understood the terms and conditions herein and agrees to be bound by them.
B. Eligibility
1. The Contest is open to:
i. All Individuals aged 18 and above, and
ii. Must be residing in Malaysia or Singapore with a valid mailing address.
iii. Must join the game using their Facebook account.
2. The Contest is not open to employees of the Organiser, and their immediate family members, advertising companies, its agents or anyone else connected to the administration and execution of the Contest.
3. Participants must have a valid and existing Facebook account.
C. Contest Mechanics – How to Participate
1. Participants are required to:
i. Register participation by logging into their respective Facebook account.
ii. Participants will have to collect as many points as possible by collecting cookies that come down the line during game-play.
iii. Participants may play the game multiple times with each score counting as accumulative entries in determining the winner. There are no limitations to the number of entries per person for each phase.
iv. The number of entries for each playthrough and participant submission will be determined by the score with the following parameters in place:
0-9 points – 0 entries
10-19 points – 1 entry
20-39 points ta – 2 entries
40-69 points ta – 3 entries
70-99 points – 4 entries
100+ points – 5 entries
v. Participants that have been determined to be winners can only win once.
vi. The allocation of winning slots for entries will be refreshed upon completion of each phase.
D. Determination of Winners
1. Each time a score is submitted based on the parameters outlined in Section C (Contest Mechanics), the entries are allocated numbered slots that are arranged in chronological, ascending order.
2. Winners will be selected based on the following criteria:
i. The entry submitted falls on the following numbered slots:

c. Slot #3000
*There will be 6 winners only for the last week of the contest and winners will be selected based on the following numbered slots:
a. Slot #30
b. Slot #40
c. Slot #300

ii. The entry belongs to a participant that has not previously obtained a winning entry. Should a participant submit an entry that falls into a winning slot more than once, the closest slot in ascending order belonging to a participant who has not obtained a winning entry before will be determined the winner.
iii. Winners will be chosen every Sunday of the week till contest period ends;

E. Contest Period
1. This Contest will commence on 1st September 2021 and the closing date for submission is by 31st October 2021 (“Contest Period”). Any entries received after the respective Contest Period will be automatically disqualified.
2. Participants are advised to check for any updates pertaining to the Contest on Munchy’s Malaysia Facebook page, from time to time, during the Contest Period.
F. Prize
1. Each chosen winner every week will be given a (1 Unit of) Nintendo Switch (“Prize”).
2. The Winners will be announced on Munchy’s Malaysia social media page after the Contest Period ends and will be required to verify their submission with their identification credentials.
3. To redeem the Prize, Winner MUST provide their complete information such as full name, valid contact number, e-mail address, mailing address and other details upon request by the Organizer.
4. The judges’ decision of the Winner is final, conclusive, and binding, and no disputes, appeals, inquiries and/or correspondence in relation to any of the decisions shall be entertained.
5. The Organiser will contact the Winner via “Facebook Personal Messaging System” The Organiser will not be held liable in the event the Winner cannot be contacted or have not responded to the Organiser’s e-mail for whatever reasons within fourteen (14) days, the Organiser reserves its absolute right to irrevocably forfeit the prize and select another winner without being liable or responsible to the Winner in any manner whatsoever.
6. The fulfilment and delivery of the prize won will be carried out within 30 working days after the contest period ends.
7. Winners will then be given a tracking number of delivery once the prize is fulfilled.
8. The Prize is accepted entirely at the risk of the Winner and the Organiser excludes itself from any express or implied warranties in connection with the Prize to the extent permitted by law.
9. The Prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other item and cannot be resold or offered for resale. Unless otherwise approved by the Organiser in writing, the Prize is not transferable. If the Winner chooses not to accept the Prize for any reason, there will be no compensation offered.
10. However, the Organiser may at any time at its sole and absolute discretion substitute the Prize with other items of an equal or similar value with or without conditions.
G. Other Terms and Conditions
The reference of “participant” or “participants” in these terms and conditions shall also include the Winner.
1. The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion disqualify any participant and/or revoke the Prize at any time, where:
i. The participant fails to comply with the terms and conditions stated herein;
ii. The participant attempts to undermine the operation and administration of the Contest by fraud, cheating or deception;
iii. The participant fails to provide accurate, complete, valid, identifiable and/or truthful information during participation, registration to participate and/or at any stage of this Contest.
2. The participant shall not engage in any conduct that directly or indirectly brings the Organiser or the persons managing the Contest in a state of disrepute.
3. The user of ‘aliases’ shall be considered as a form of deception and is prohibited.
4. In the event that the Contest is cancelled, postponed and/or abandoned for any reason, the Organiser without being subject to any form of liability and at its sole and absolute discretion may or may not choose to substitute the prize with other item(s) of an equal or similar value with or without conditions. In such an event, the Organiser shall not be liable and/or responsible in any manner whatsoever for any form of claim and/or liabilities that may arise whether direct, indirect or otherwise.
5. In the event that this Contest cannot be administered and/or is abandoned and/or cancelled and/or discontinued due to any reason, the Organiser, without being subject to any form of liability and at its sole and absolute discretion, may decide to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest and/or invalidate any entries for this Contest without assigning any reasons thereto and without notice to the participants.
6. The protection of personal data is an important concern to the Organiser. Any personal data collected during registration for participation in the Contest and/or during the Contest will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Organiser as published at https://www.munchys.com & http://www.munchys30.com (“Privacy Policy”). By the participant submitting his/her personal data to the Organiser for this Contest during registration for participation in the Contest, the participant hereby consents to the Organiser processing his/her personal data according to the Privacy Policy.
7. By participating in this Contest, the participants hereby consent to the Organiser to use, participant’s name and Facebook credentials for documentation and promotional purpose in any form of media and any reasonable manner it sees fit without additional compensation. The participants are not eligible to claim any proprietary right thereto.
8. The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion prohibit participation by any participant and/or Winner who in any manner whatsoever disrupts, tampers and/or engages in improper conduct that affects the Contest and/or the administration of the Contest and/or breaches any of the terms and conditions stipulated herein.
9. By participating in this Contest, the participant agrees that the Organiser reserves the right to disclose the participants and representatives personal data in the event the Organiser believes that such disclosure is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against an individual who might cause or may be causing damage to or interfere (whether intentionally or otherwise) with the Contest and/or Munchy’s Malaysia and/or any other third party’s rights or property which could be harmed by such activities. The Organiser may also disclose the personal data of the participants and the representatives if required to do so by a court of law or other relevant body.
10. The participants agree that the Organiser and its related and/or associated companies shall not be liable to the participants and/or any other party in any manner whatsoever for any form of liabilities, losses, claims and/or damages howsoever arising in connection with the Contest or otherwise.
11. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
12. The Organiser shall not be held liable for any claims and liability howsoever arising from personal injuries, medical conditions and damage to property originating from the acceptance of the Prize and the Winner shall hold the Organiser harmless from any such claims.
Terma dan Syarat
1. Peraduan Munchy’s ‘OMG 30th Anniversary’ akan berlangsung dari 1 September 2021 hingga 31 Oktober 2021* (“Tempoh Peraduan”). MunchWorld Marketing Sdn Bhd (199001009927 (201499-U)) (“Penganjur”) berhak untuk memendekkan atau memanjangkan Tempoh Peraduan tanpa memberi sebarang notis terlebih dahulu. Semua penyertaan yang diterima di luar Tempoh Peraduan akan dibatalkan secara automatik.
*Untuk Maslee SAHAJA, Tempoh Peraduan adalah 1 September 2021 hingga 30 September 2021.
2. Peraduan ini terbuka kepada semua rakyat dan pemastautin tetap Malaysia yang berumur 18 tahun ke atas (pada 1 September 2021) kecuali kakitangan Penganjur dan ahli-ahli keluarga terdekat mereka, termasuk syarikat-syarikat gabungan dan/atau berkaitan, pengedar-pengedar, agensi-agensi pengiklanan dan promosi pihak Penganjur.
3. “Kedai Yang Turut Serta” dalam Peraduan ini adalah AEON, AEON Big, Lotus’s, TF Value Mart, Billion, Checkers, Hero, Maslee, NSK, Sunshine dan TMG, termasuk kedai dalam talian rasmi masing-masing.
4. Untuk menyertai Peraduan:
a. Beli mana-mana produk Munchy’s yang turut serta bernilai RM10.00 dan ke atas dalam satu resit dari mana-mana Kedai Yang Turut Serta dalam Tempoh Peraduan. Satu (1) resit melayakkan peserta kepada satu (1) penyertaan WhatsApp.
b. Hantar butiran berikut melalui WhatsApp ke 017-2520131:
i. Gambar jelas seluruh resit bercetak tunggal asal;
ii. Nombor Kad Pengenalan;
iii. Nama penuh seperti Kad Pengenalan.
c. Simpan resit yang asal bertarikh dalam Tempoh Peraduan dengan butiran resit yang sepadan dengan penyertaan WhatsApp sebagai bukti pembelian.
d. Para peserta boleh menghantar seberapa banyak penyertaan WhatsApp yang diingini TETAPI setiap penyertaan mesti disertakan dengan butiran yang diperlukan dan resit tunggal yang berlainan bagi setiap penyertaan.
e. Para peserta tidak dibenarkan untuk menghantar lebih daripada satu (1) penyertaan WhatsApp dengan resit tunggal yang sama kepada pihak Penganjur.
f. Hanya resit-resit bercetak yang asal dan sah akan diterima. Resit-resit yang sukar dibaca, rosak, diubah, disalin semula, diperolehi secara tidak sah, tersalah cetak dan/atau tidak mengandungi maklumat yang diperlukan adalah tidak sah dan tidak akan diterima. Pihak Penganjur mempunyai budi bicara mutlak dan hak untuk membatalkan kelayakan resit-resit tidak sah tersebut. Untuk pembelian dalam talian, ‘order details’ akan diterima hanya sekiranya ia menyatakan bahawa pembelian tersebut sudah dibayar, dihantar dan selesai.
g. Setiap hari sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan, Peraduan akan bermula pada pukul 12:00 pagi dan berakhir pada pukul 11:59 malam.
h. Memandangkan talian 017-2520131 adalah talian khas yang disediakan oleh Penganjur, tiada perakuan penerimaan akan dihantar oleh Penganjur berkaitan semua Penyertaan yang dikemukakan/dihantar oleh Peserta kepada Penganjur melalui WhatsApp. Sebarang pertanyaan/panggilan melalui talian ini tidak akan dilayan.
i. Pihak Penganjur tidak akan membayar balik kepada Peserta apa-apa caj yang dikenakan untuk menghantar penyertaan, jika ada.
j. Para Peserta hanya boleh menyertai Peraduan ini melalui telefon bimbit sahaja.
k. Pihak Penganjur dan syarikat-syarikat yang terlibat dalam Peraduan ini tidak akan dipertanggungjawabkan untuk sebarang kelewatan, kegagalan penghantaran dan/atau gangguan mesej WhatsApp dan tidak akan dipertanggungjawabkan untuk sebarang penggunaan telefon bimbit atau akaun pelanggan yang tidak dibenarkan sepanjang Peraduan ini.
5. Para pemenang Peraduan:
a. Para pemenang yang layak mungkin akan dihubungi melalui telefon dan mungkin diminta untuk menjawab satu soalan dengan betul sebelum boleh disahkan sebagai pemenang. Sekiranya peserta tidak dapat dihubungi pada cubaan pertama, contohnya, tidak menjawab telefon, nombor telefon tiada dalam perkhidmatan, tiada sambungan, dan lain-lain, dua (2) cubaan lain akan dibuat lagi dalam tempoh dua puluh empat (24) jam yang berikutnya selepas cubaan pertama. Sekiranya percubaan-percubaan ini tidak berhasil, pihak Penganjur berhak untuk memilih pemenang layak seterusnya. Pihak Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya peserta-peserta tidak dapat dihubungi atas sebarang sebab. Sekiranya peserta gagal menjawab soalan dengan betul, pihak Penganjur berhak untuk membatalkan kelayakannya dan memilih peserta seterusnya sebagai pemenang.
b. Para pemenang yang layak mungkin dikehendaki menghantar melalui Pos Laju/kurier semua resit bercetak asal dengan butiran resit yang sepadan dengan semua penyertaan WhatsApp dan salinan kad pengenalan dalam tempoh tiga (3) hari bekerja selepas tarikh pemberitahuan sebagai pengesahan bukti pembelian. Sekiranya gagal, pihak Penganjur berhak untuk membatalkan kelayakannya dan memilih peserta seterusnya sebagai pemenang
6. Hadiah-hadiah Peraduan:
a. Hadiah Istimewa x 100 pemenang x 11 Kedai Yang Turut Serta: RM30.00 kredit Touch ‘n Go eWallet setiap satu.
b. Setiap peserta hanya layak untuk memenangi satu (1) Hadiah Istimewa untuk setiap Kedai Yang Turut Serta dan sehingga tiga (3) Hadiah Istimewa sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan.
c. Hadiah-hadiah Istimewa akan dihantar ke nombor telefon yang digunakan oleh peserta semasa menyertai Peraduan dalam masa lapan (8) minggu selepas Tempoh Peraduan. Pemenang mesti mempunyai akaun eWallet Touch ‘n Go berdaftar yang sah untuk menerima hadiah atau pemenang mesti bersetuju untuk mendaftar satu akaun eWallet Touch ‘n Go untuk menerima hadiah. Untuk Hadiah Istimewa yang dihantar terus kepada pemenang, bukti penghantaran adalah bukti penerimaan dan penyerahan hadiah. Pihak Penganjur akan mengambil langkah berjaga-jaga tetapi tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya hadiah tidak diterima atau lewat. Pihak Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya nombor telefon peserta tidak sah atau tiada dalam perkhidmatan.
d. Kesemua hadiah mesti dituntut atas perbelanjaan sendiri dalam tempoh enam puluh (60) hari selepas Tempoh Peraduan. Hadiah-hadiah yang gagal dituntut enam puluh (60) hari selepas Tempoh Peraduan akan dilupuskan oleh pihak Penganjur.
e. Peserta dikehendaki untuk mengemukakan bukti pengenalan diri semasa atau sebelum penuntutan hadiah Peraduan sebagai pengesahan. Bentuk-bentuk bukti pengenalan diri yang diterima oleh pihak Penganjur adalah Kad Pengenalan/Lesen Memandu. Pihak Penganjur berhak untuk membatalkan kelayakan peserta/pemenang atas kegagalan dalam mengemukakan bukti pengenalan diri.
f. Pihak Penganjur berhak atas budibicara mutlaknya untuk menggantikan mana-mana hadiah dengan hadiah-hadiah lain yang sama nilainya pada bila-bila masa tanpa sebarang notis. Semua hadiah tidak boleh ditukar milik, tidak boleh dikembalikan dan tidak boleh ditukar untuk wang tunai atau apa-apa format atas sebarang sebab. Nilai hadiah adalah betul pada masa pencetakan. Semua hadiah diberikan dalam ‘keadaan sedia ada’.
7. Para peserta akan menanggung liabiliti dan tanggungjawab sepenuhnya jika berlaku sebarang kemalangan, kecederaan, kerosakan atau tuntutan akibat penyertaan di dalam Peraduan ini.
8. Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, para peserta memberi keizinan kepada Pihak Penganjur untuk menggunakan maklumat peribadinya dan pihak Penganjur berhak menyiarkan, menggunakan nama dan/atau gambar pemenang serta penyertaan mereka untuk tujuan publisiti, pengiklanan dan/atau perdagangan tanpa sebarang bayaran pampasan mahupun pemberitahuan dan setiap peserta tidak berhak membuat sebarang tuntutan ke atas penggunaan penyertaan tersebut oleh pihak Penganjur.
9. Sebarang maklumat peribadi, tanpa tidak dihadkan kepada, nama peserta, umur, alamat (termasuk poskod), nombor telefon dan/atau alamat emel akan dikumpulkan, disimpan, digunakan dan didedahkan dengan mematuhi secara ketat akan Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 dan oleh itu hanya digunakan untuk hal-hal berkaitan dengan Peraduan ini dan untuk segala tujuan lain yang telah dipilih oleh para peserta dan tidak akan didedahkan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga (selain daripada syarikat induk pihak Penganjur, anak syarikat, pihak sekutu, pemegang saham, pengarah, kakitangan, kontraktor dan ejen yang membantu dalam menguruskan Peraduan ini) kecuali untuk tujuan menyampaikan hadiah mengikut Terma dan Syarat.
10. Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, para peserta bersetuju untuk mematuhi Terma dan Syarat rasmi yang ditetapkan serta segala keputusan pihak Penganjur.
11. Pihak Penganjur berhak untuk meminda, membatal atau mengubahsuai Terma dan Syarat ini tanpa memberi sebarang notis terlebih dahulu pada bila-bila masa.

13. Terma dan Syarat Peraduan disediakan dalam Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia. Sekiranya terdapat percanggahan di antara versi-versi tersebut, Terma dan Syarat versi Bahasa Inggeris akan diguna pakai.
Terms and Conditions
1. Munchy’s OMG 30th Anniversary Contest will commence from 1 September 2021 to 31 October 2021* (“Contest Period”). MunchWorld Marketing Sdn Bhd (199001009927 (201499-U)) (“Organiser”) shall reserve the right to shorten or extend the Contest Period without prior notice. All entries received outside the Contest Period shall be automatically disqualified.
*For Maslee ONLY, the Contest Period is 1 September 2021 to 30 September 2021.
2. This Contest is open to all citizens and permanent residents of Malaysia above 18 years of age (as at 1 September 2021) except the employees and immediate families of the Organiser, including its affiliated and/or related companies, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies.
3. The “Participating Outlets” for this Contest are AEON, AEON Big, Lotus’s, TF Value Mart, Billion, Checkers, Hero, Maslee, NSK, Sunshine and TMG, including their respective official online stores.
4. To participate in the Contest:
a. Buy any participating Munchy’s products worth of RM10.00 and above in a single receipt at any Participating Outlet within the Contest Period. One (1) receipt entitles the participant to one (1) WhatsApp entry.
b. Send the following via WhatsApp to 017-2520131:
i. A clear photo of the entire single receipt;
ii. NRIC number;
iii. Full name as per NRIC.
c. Retain and/or keep the original receipt dated within Contest Period with matching receipt details as per WhatsApp entry as proof of purchase.
d. Participants may send as many WhatsApp entries as they wish BUT each entry must be accompanied with the required details and a different receipt for each entry.
e. Participants are not allowed to submit/send more than one (1) WhatsApp entry with the same receipt to the Organiser.
f. Only the original and valid printed receipts will be accepted. Any receipt that is illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with, not obtained legitimately, contains printing typographical, mechanical or other errors or the printing is unclear or does not contain the required information is invalid and will not be accepted. The Organiser shall reserve the sole discretion and rights to disqualify such invalid receipts. For online purchases, the order details will be accepted provided it shows that the order is paid, delivered and completed.
g. Each Contest day during the Contest Period, the Contest begins at 12:00am and ends at 11:59pm.
h. In view that the line 017-2520131 is a special line provided by the Organiser, no acknowledgement receipt will be sent by the Organiser with regards to all entries submitted/sent from the participants to the Organiser via WhatsApp. Any enquiry/call to the line will not be entertained.
i. The Organiser will not reimburse the participant for any charges incurred in submitting the entries, if any.
j. Participants are permitted to participate in this Contest via the use of mobile phones only.
k. The Organiser and the companies involved in this Contest shall not be held liable in any way for delays, non-deliveries and/or interruptions of WhatsApp messages sent and shall not be held responsible for any unauthorised use of the mobile phone or subscriber’s account in conjunction with the Contest.
5. Contest winners:
a. The eligible winners may be contacted via telephone and may be required to correctly answer a question before being declared a winner. Should the first attempt to contact the eligible winner fail, i.e. no reply, telephone number not in service or no connection, etc, another two (2) attempts will be made within the next twenty four (24) hours of the first telephone call. Where such further attempts are unsuccessful, the Organiser reserves the right to select the next qualified participant. The Organiser shall not be held liable in the event the winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons. In the event the eligible winner fails to correctly answer the simple question, the Organiser shall reserve the right to disqualify the eligible winner and find another eligible winner as replacement.
b. The eligible winners may be required to submit by Pos Laju/courier all the original receipts with matching receipt details as the WhatsApp entries and a copy of their NRIC within three (3) working days from the date of notification as proof of purchase, failing which, the Organiser shall reserve the right to disqualify the eligible winner and find another eligible winner as replacement.
6. Contest prizes:
a. Special Prize x 100 winners x 11 Participating Outlets: RM30.00 Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit each.
b. Each participant is allowed to win only one (1) Special Prize per Participating Outlet and up to three (3) Special Prizes throughout the Contest Period.
c. The Special Prizes will be sent to the phone number which the participant used when entering the Contest within eight (8) weeks after the Contest Period. Winners must have a valid registered Touch ’n Go eWallet account to receive the prize or winners must agree to register a Touch ’n Go eWallet account in order to receive the prize. For the Special Prizes that are sent directly to the winners, proof of sending is proof of receipt and handover of prize. The Organiser will take precautionary steps but will not be responsible if the prize is not received or late. The Organiser will not be responsible if the participant’s phone number is invalid or not in service.
d. All prizes must be claimed at winners’ own expense within sixty (60) days after the Contest Period. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited by the Organiser sixty (60) days after the Contest Period.
e. The participant is required to produce a proof of identity during or prior to prize redemption for purposes of verification. The only forms of proof of identity accepted by the Organiser are Identity card/Driver’s license. A failure to provide any proof of identity entitles the Organiser to disqualify the participant/winner.
f. The Organiser shall reserve the right to substitute any prize with that of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable in any other form for whatever reason. The value of the prize is correct at the time of printing. All prizes are given on an “as is” basis.
7. Participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any accident, injury, damage or claim resulting from participation in this Contest.
8. By participating in this Contest, the participants agreed to provide their consent to the Organiser to use their personal information and the Organiser shall reserve the right to publish, use the winners’ names and/or photographs plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each participant is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their entries by the Organiser.
9. Any personal information, including without limitation, the participant’s name, age, address (including postcode), telephone number and/or email address will be collected, stored, used and disclosed strictly in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and therefore solely in connection with this Contest and for any purpose for which the participant specifically opts in and will not be disclosed to any third party (other than the Organiser’s parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, directors, employees, contractors and agents assisting in conducting the Contest) except for the purpose of delivering the prizes in accordance with the Terms and Conditions herein.
10. By participating in this Contest, each participant shall be deemed agreeable to the Terms and Conditions set by the Organiser.
11. The Organiser shall reserve the right to amend, revoke and/or modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
