2. Promotion Period

The promotion starts at 12.01am on 1 January, 2022 and ends at 11.59pm on 28 February, 2022 at the participating convenient stores, supermarket and e-commerce platform (“Participating Outlets”) in Singapore.

3. Eligibility

This Promotion is open to all aged 18 and above who are residents in Singapore. All participants are subject to criteria set out below, terms and conditions of social media (e.g. Facebook or Instagram) and relevant laws of Republic of Singapore.

4. Eligibility

Employees of the Organiser and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, retailers and advertising, promotion and judging agencies and all other service agencies and providers involved with the campaign, and members of the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and households of each, whether or not related are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited by law.

5. Participation Criteria

Each Participant to purchase minimum SGD5 of Munchy’s range of products in Singapore in a single receipt from Participating Outlets during the Promotion Period and stand a chance to win prizes.

Each Participant to double the chance of winning GRAND PRIZE when Participant purchases either

i. One (1) Munchy’s CNY Assorted Biscuits Limited Edition

or

ii. One (1) Lexus Salted Vanilla Choco Coated Limited Edition

Participant is required to submit his/her Name and clear picture of the Proof of Purchase and WhatsApp to +65 9644 2489.

Any incomplete or invalid email entry (e.g. missing receipt, missing name) will be disqualified automatically.

Participant must safe keep the original purchased receipt (“Proof of Purchase”) for verification purposes. Failing to provide Proof of Purchase or any damaged/torn and/or tampered for whatsoever reason shall result in disqualification and the Organiser shall be entitled to forfeit the Prize from the Participant/Winner.

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and remove any Participant from the Promotion without prior notification or disclosure of information should the Participant be suspected of tampering with their entries or breach the Promotion terms and conditions.

Multiple submissions are allowed, provided each entry meets the required purchase criteria.

Submission must be received during the Promotion Period and will be deemed to be received only when received by the Organiser.

6. The Prizes

The grand prize winner will receive one (1) 999 Pure Gold Customised Munchy’s Gold Bar weighing 10 grams. A total of one (1) 999 Pure Gold Customised Munchy’s Gold Bar weighing 10 grams to be won throughout the Promotion Period.

The first prize winners will receive one (1) 999 Pure Gold “Purest Blessings” Gold Bar weighing 0.5 grams. A total of eighteen (18) 999 Pure Gold “Purest Blessings” Gold Bar weighing 0.5 grams to be won throughout the Promotion Period.

The second prize winners will receive one (1) 999 Pure Gold “Blessings” festive packet. A total of thirty-eight (38) 999 Pure Gold “Blessings” festive packets to be won throughout the Promotion Period.

The Organiser reserves the rights to allocate the prizes to each Participant at its sole discretion.

The Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash credit or any other items. Prizes not redeemed within the notified period will be forfeited.

7. Selection of Winners and Redemption

The winners will be selected based on a Lucky Draw on 15 March 2022 at Block 3025 Ubi Road 3, #03-113, Singapore 408653 and time 2pm.

The list of winners will be announced on Munchy’s website.

The Organiser reserves the right to reject any winner who is unable to produce the correct original receipt.

The Organiser shall reserve the right to select an alternative winner at its sole discretion at any time.

The Organiser decision is final and binding. No further correspondence or appeal will be entertained.

Any additional charges incurred for redemption of the Prize such as transportation charge shall be borne by the Winner.

8. Privacy Policy

By participating, Participant explicitly consents that the Organiser, its affiliates, service providers and agency shall store the necessary personal data of the Participant. The Participant is free to revoke his or her consent to the storage of data by sending a message to the Organiser as stated below and by doing so, the Participant withdraws his or her participation from this Promotion. The Organiser will use its best endeavours to keep all personal data stored for this Promotion strictly confidential.

9. Additional Terms and Conditions

i. By participating, Participants agree to the Terms and Conditions applied, including their name and likeness, may be used without restriction in any future publicity material by the Organiser.

ii. The Organiser reserves the right to amend and/or vary any of the terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretions without prior notice.

iii. The Organiser is also not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, failure in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, the website, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, system, apparatus, software, failure of e-mail or receipt of entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or telecommunication services.

iv. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Organizer (including its employees, agencies and representatives associated with this Promotion) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:

a. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Organizer’s control);

b. any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;

c. any entry, claim or Prize that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Organizer) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer;

d. any variation in the Prize value to that stated herein; or

e. misuse of a Prize.

In the event of any discrepancies between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Promotion, the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion shall prevail.

A person who is not a party to any of the agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Ac (Cap. 53B), or any amendment thereto, to enforce any term of such agreement.
