1. Kontes “Munchy’s Share The Fun” [“Kontes”] akan berlangsung dari pukul 00:00, 1 Agus 2022 hingga pukul 23:59, 30 Sept 2022 [“Periode Kontes”]. Penyelenggara berhak untuk mempersingkat atau memperpanjang Periode Kontes tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya. Semua entri yang diterima di luar Periode Kontes akan otomatis didiskualifikasi.

2. Kontes ini terbuka untuk semua penduduk Indonesia dan HANYA penduduk permanen kecuali Penyelenggara. (Munchy Food Industries Sdn. Bhd. dan PT Malindo Sukses) dan karyawannya, keluarga dekat yang terafiliasi dan/atau perusahaan terkait, distributor, agen periklanan dan promosi atau semua pihak terkait tersebut). Untuk peserta di bawah 18 tahun, persetujuan orang tua diperlukan setelah verifikasi detail.

3. Untuk berpartisipasi dalam Kontes, kontestan harus sepenuhnya mematuhi langkah-langkah partisipasi yang meliputi:

i) Membeli salah satu atau campuran dari produk Munchy’s apapun sebagaimana tercantum dalam paragraf 4 di bawah (“Produk”) senilai minimal Tiga Puluh Ribu Rupiah, (Rp 30.000,-) (“Nilai Minimum”) dalam satu struk yang dikeluarkan dalam Periode Kontes (“Bukti pembelian”)

ii) Kirimkan gambar Bukti Pembelian yang jelas Nama Lengkap Alamat lengkap dan jawab “Saya suka Lexus/ Munchy’s karena…” ke WhatsApp +62821-1241-4455.

iii) Cerita maksimal 100 kata.

Contoh: Sulaila Surranto Jl Medan Satria No 3, Bekasi, 17182 Kota Bekasi Prov. Jawa Barat Saya suka Lexus karena anak-anak saya suka rasa umami dan menciptakan momen yang baik ketika mereka berbagi dengan saya.

iv) Nombor WhatsApp +62821-1241-4455 hanya untuk pengiriman entri saja. Tidak ada balasan atau korespondensi yang akan didapat dari nomor ini.

v) Pemenang harus menunjukkan nomor KTP dengan mencerminkan nama lengkap selama pengumpulan hadiah.

4. Daftar produk yang bisa dibeli:

i) Biskuit Sandwich Lexus (95g, 190g, 190g +38g, 200g, 418g, 456g)

ii) Oat Krunch Cookies (160g, 208g, 208g + 52g, 390g, 416g, 416g + 52g)

iv) Munchy’s Assorted Topmix/ Fun mix (295g, 700g)

5. Entri ganda oleh peserta yang sama dengan Bukti Pembelian yang berbeda selama Periode Kontes diperbolehkan sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan ini. Hanya 1 cerita terbaik yang akan digunakan untuk proses seleksi oleh dewan juri.

6. Untuk Pembelian online, hanya Tanda Terima Faktur Pajak yang dengan jelas menunjukkan nomor pesanan, nomor faktur, barang yang dibeli, dan jumlah yang dibayarkan yang diterima.

7. Penyelenggara tidak menerima perubahan Bukti Pembelian dalam bentuk apapun. Tanda Terima Faktur Pajak yang berupa Tulisan Tangan, Pesanan Pembelian, dan/atau Nota Pengiriman tidak akan diterima sebagai Bukti Pembelian.

8. Menyimpang dari salah satu hal di atas, setelah menerima Entri dan/atau setelah pemilihan pemenang, tergantung pada kasusnya, Penyelenggara berhak untuk meminta bukti lebih lanjut dalam pemrosesan Entri termasuk Bukti Pembelian asli (hardcopy) termasuk dokumen identifikasi untuk verifikasi sebelum penyerahan Hadiah. Kegagalan dalam menunjukkan salah satu dokumen di atas dalam jangka waktu yang ditentukan akan mengakibatkan diskualifikasi dan penyitaan Hadiah.

9. Hadiah & Jadwal Kontes

ii) Hadiah Kedua x 1 – Ada satu (1) Pemenang yang berhak memenangkan Hadiah Kedua yaitu satu (1) unit Handphone Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G 8/128GB

iii) Hadiah Ketiga x 1 – Ada satu (1) Pemenang yang berhak memenangkan Hadiah Ketiga yaitu satu (1) unit Jam Tangan Samsung Galaxy 4 40mm

iv) Hadiah Spesial x 100 – Ada Seratus (100) Pemenang berhak mendapatkan Hadiah Spesial yaitu 1 (satu) Tokopedia Giftcard senilai Rp 300,000.

v) Hadiah Hiburan x 100 – Sebanyak Seratus (100) Pemenang berhak berhak mendapatkan Hadiah Hiburan berupa 1 (satu) Karton Lexus Salted Chocolate 190g x 12bungkus

*Total hadiah 100.000.000 Rupiah berdasarkan Harga Eceran termasuk pajak pemerintah sebesar 25%

10. Metode Seleksi

i) Panel juri akan memilih pemenang berdasarkan kriteria di bawah ini.

a) Cocok dengan Tema – 40%

b) Kreativitas yang menarik dan orisinalitas – 40%

c) Total jumlah partisipasi/ entri – 20%

11. Setiap peserta hanya berhak memenangkan satu (1) hadiah selama Periode Kontes.

12. Penyelenggara berhak atas kebijaksanaan mutlaknya untuk menambah atau mengurangi jumlah hadiah atau mengganti hadiah apa pun dengan hadiah yang bernilai serupa setiap saat tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya. Semua hadiah tidak dapat dipindahtangankan, dikembalikan atau ditukar dengan uang tunai atau dalam bentuk lain apa pun dengan alasan apa pun.

13. Pengumuman pemenang akan dilakukan pada 1 hingga 2 bulan setelah kontes berakhir ataupun sebelum 30 Nov 2022. Pemenang akan dipilih, diinformasikan melalui WhatsApp, atau email oleh Penyelenggara. Name pemenang akan dipublikasikan di www.munchys.com/sharethefun/

14. Dalam hal Force Majeure, Munchy’s berhak untuk menunda pengumuman pemenang atas kebijakan Munchy’s dan pengumumannya kepada peserta tentang penundaan tersebut.

15. Hadiah tidak dapat dipindahtangankan, ditukar dengan uang tunai atau barang lainnya. Munchy’s berhak untuk mengganti hadiah dengan hadiah lain dengan nilai yang sama atas kebijakannya sendiri dan mutlak tanpa pemberitahuan kepada peserta dan/atau pemenang.

16. Pemenang akan diberitahukan oleh penyelenggara melalui ponsel dan surat penukaran akan dikirimkan kepada pemenang melalui pos atau email.

17. Pemenang wajib menunjukkan kwitansi asli dan kartu identitas untuk keperluan verifikasi selama pengambilan hadiah. Hadiah akan ditukarkan oleh pemenang dalam waktu tiga puluh (30) hari. Kegagalan untuk menebus dari tanggal pengumuman atau pemberitahuan klaim hadiah (mana yang lebih dulu) akan mengakibatkan diskualifikasi dan penyitaan Hadiah.

18. Munchy’s berhak untuk membatalkan hadiah tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya kepada pemenang.

19. Dengan berpartisipasi dalam kontes ini, peserta dianggap menjamin bahwa semua informasi yang dikirimkan adalah benar dan akurat sepanjang pengetahuannya dan menyetujui data pribadinya dikumpulkan, digunakan dan diungkapkan untuk undian, promosi dan tujuan administrasi kompetisi.

20. Penyelenggara tidak bertanggung jawab atas kehilangan atau kerusakan yang terjadi pada hadiah selama proses pengiriman. Biaya tambahan lainnya (yaitu biaya perjalanan, biaya transportasi, bea dan pajak dari kurir) yang terkait untuk menebus atau mengambil hadiah akan ditanggung oleh pemenang dengan biaya sendiri. Penyelenggara hanya akan menanggung Pajak Hadiah dari Pemerintah.

21. Penyelenggara berhak untuk memperpanjang batas waktu yang dinyatakan dalam klausul ini karena alasan di luar kendali Penyelenggara.

22. Dalam hal terdapat cacat produksi, pemenang harus mengembalikan hadiah kepada Penyelenggara atas biaya sendiri, tidak rusak dan dalam kemasan aslinya untuk diganti dalam waktu 2 minggu sejak tanggal pengiriman Hadiah yang gagal dimana Hadiah tidak akan diganti. Penyelenggara berhak atas kebijaksanaan mutlaknya untuk mengganti salah satu hadiah yang ditampilkan dengan hadiah lain dengan nilai yang sama, kapan saja tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya. Tidak ada alternatif uang tunai atau pengembalian uang yang akan ditawarkan.

23. Jika Individu ingin mengajukan pertanyaan atau memberikan umpan balik, silakan hubungi Agensi di +62812-8332-0956 pada hari Senin sampai Jumat, dari pukul 10.00 hingga 13.00 dan dari pukul 14.00 hingga 17.00 dalam periode kontes.

1. The “Munchy’s Share The Fun” story telling competition will run from 00:00am, 1st Aug 2022 to 23:59pm, 30th Sep 2022 [“Competition Period”]. The Organiser reserves the right to shorten or extend the competition Period without prior notice. All entries received outside the competition Period shall be automatically disqualified.

2. This competition is open to all Indonesian and permanent resident ONLY except the Organizer. (Munchy Food Industries Sdn. Bhd. and PT Malindo Sukses) and its employees, immediate families affiliated and/or related companies, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies or all such related parties). For participants below 18 years old, parent’s consent is required upon details verification.

3. To participate in the competition, contestant must fully comply to the steps of participation which include

i) To purchase any one or mix of any Munchy’s products as listed in paragraph 4 below (“Products”) worth a minimal Rupiah Thirty Thousand, (RP30,000)(“Minimum Value”) in single receipt issued within the Contest Period (“Proof of purchased”)

ii) Send a clear picture of receipt Full Name Full Address and answer “I Love Lexus/ Munchy’s because….” to WhatsApp +62821-1241-4455.

iii) Story at maximum 100 words.

Example: Sulaila Surranto Jl Medan Satria No 3, Bekasi, 17182 Kota Bekasi Prov. Jawa Barat I love Lexus because my kids love the umami taste and create good moment when they share a bite with me.

iv) WhatsApp number +62821-1241-4455 is solely for entry submission only. No reply or corresponding will get from this number.

v) Winners need to show ID number with reflect full name during prizes collection.

4. The list of participating products:

5. Multiple entry(ies) by the same participant with different Proof of Purchase during the Campaign Period is allowed in accordance with these terms and conditions. Only 1 best story will be used for the selection process by panel of judges.

6. For online Purchase, only Tax Invoice Receipt clearly indicating the order number, invoice number, purchased goods and amount paid are accepted.

7. The Organizer does not accept any alteration of Proof of Purchase in any form. Handwritten Tax Invoice Receipt, Purchase Order, and/or Delivery Note will not be accepted as Proof of Purchase.

8. Notwithstanding any of the above, upon receipt of the Entry and/or upon selection of the winners, as the case may be, the Organiser shall reserve the right to request for further evidence in the processing of the Entry including the original Proof of Purchase (hardcopy) including the identification documents for verification prior to the delivery of the Prizes. Failure to produce any of the foregoing documents within the stipulated timeframe will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prizes.

9. The Contest Prizes & Schedule

a. Prizes

i) Grand Prize x 1 – Only one (1) Winner is entitled to win the Grand Prize of one (1) Samsung LED TV 65” RU7000 UHD 4K

ii) Second Prize x 1 – There are one (1) Winner are entitled to win the Second Prize of one (1) Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G 8/128GB

iii) Third Prize x 1 – There are one (1) Winner are entitled to win the Third Prize of one (1) Samsung Galaxy watch 4 (40mm)

iv) Special Prize x 100 – There are One Hundred (100) Winners are entitled to win the Special Prize of one (1) Tokopedia Giftcard worth Rp 300,000.

v) Consolation Prize x 100 – There are Once Hundred (100) Winners are entitled to win the Consolation Prize of one (1) Carton of Lexus Salted Chocolate 190g x 12packs

*Total prizes of 100,000,000 Rupiah is based on Retail Price including government tax of 25%

10. Selection Method

i) A panel of judges will be select winners base on below criteria.

a) Match with Theme – 40%

b) Interesting creative and original – 40%

c) No. of times participation entry – 20%

11. Each participant is eligible to only win one (1) prize during the Contest Period.

12. The Organizer reserves the right at its absolute discretion to increase or reduce the number of prizes or substitute any prize with that of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or in any other form for whatever reason.

13. Announcement of the winners will be 1 or 2 month after the end of contest or before 30 Nov 2022. Winners will be selected, inform via WhatsApp, or email by Organizer. The name of the winner’s will be published on www.munchys.com/sharethefun/

14. In the event of Force Majeure, Munchy’s shall reserve the rights to postpone the announcement of the winner/s at the sole discretion of Munchy’s and its announcement to the participant/s regarding the postponement.

15. The prize/s is/are not transferrable, exchangeable for cash or any other items. Munchy’s reserves the right to substitute the prize/s for other prize/s of similar value at its sole and absolute discretion without notice to the participants and/or winners.

16. The winners shall be notified by the organizer via mobile phone and a redemption letter will be sent to the winners via post or email.

17. The winner is required to present the original entry receipt and identification card for verification purposes during the collection of the prizes. The prizes shall be redeemed by the winners within thirty (30) days. Failure to redeem from the date of the announcement or notice of the claim of the prize (whichever is earlier) will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prizes.

18. Munchy’s shall reserve the to forfeit the prize/s without the winners.

19. By participating in this contest, the participant is deemed to warrant that all the information submitted is true and accurate to the best of his/her knowledge and consent to his/her personal data being collected, used and disclosed for lucky draw, promotion and competition administration purposes.

20. The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage that occurs to the prizes during the delivery process. Any other additional costs (i.e. travel expenses, transportation cost, duties and taxes from courier) involved to redeem or collect the prize shall be borne by the winner at their own cost. Organizer will only absorb Prizes Tax from Government.

21. Organizer reserves the rights to extend the timelines stated under this clause owing to reasons beyond the control of the Organizer.

22. In the event there is a manufacturing defect, winner must return the prize to the Organizer at own cost, undamaged and in its original packaging for a replacement within 2 weeks from the delivery date of the Prize failing which the Prize will not be replaced. Organizer shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes shown with another prize of similar value, at any time without prior notice. No cash alternatives or refunds will be offered.
